Shipping within Bulgaria:
- Free shipping on orders over 120 BGN
- Standard delivery: 1-3 business days
- Express delivery: Within 24 hours (Sofia only)
You will receive a tracking number via email immediately after your order is shipped.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:
- 14-day return period: You may return products within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Refund processing: Full refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Return shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Opened consumables or hygiene products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Warranty
All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
